The past few years, the world surely has seen an increase of the LGBTQ+ community. More and more people comes out as a member of the society, and the media inspires them and helps them increase their self-esteem. But there has also been an increase in death and abuse of the LGBTQ+ people, mostly the transgenders and homosexuals. A lot of countries has banned the idea of a third gender and transgender. These countries refers to transgenders as ”cross dressers” and punish them with prison, abuse or even death.
